1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

  • The return request must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact

2. Mandatory Proof for Returns

To prevent misuse of our return system, we require:

  • A clear unboxing video starting from package opening

  • The video must clearly show the issue/damage

  • Photos alone may not be sufficient

⚠️ Claims without proper video proof may be rejected.

3. Return Fees

  • A return processing fee of $15 USD will be applied to all approved returns

  • This amount will be deducted from your refund

4. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection by customer

  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery

  • Missing or incomplete unboxing proof

5. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
